Health Insurance
In dentistry and dental hygiene we work with all Czech health insurers and most preventive procedures are fully covered. Physiotherapy has no insurance contracts — it is always paid directly at the clinic.
Payment Methods
We accept card and cash payments. We always send the invoice by e-mail and print it on request.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee applies if you do not attend a booked appointment without cancelling in time. We will explain the conditions at your first visit, when you sign the informed consent.
